What temperature range do your thermal actuators operate within?
Our thermal actuators are designed to operate within a wide temperature range, typically they actuate at temperatures ranging from 60°F to 225°F and are capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°F to 275°F, ensuring reliable performance in diverse environmental conditions.
What are the power requirements for your thermal actuators?
Wax-based thermal actuators do not require any power source. The unique design of wax-based thermal actuators is such that they respond the environmental conditions around them using simple science without the need for any external power.
Do you offer customizable solutions?
Yes, we understand that each project may have unique requirements. We provide customization options to tailor our thermal actuators to meet specific application needs, including modifications to size, mounting options, or control interfaces.
What is the response time of your thermal actuators?
Our actuators are always responding to the environment around them. So as the environmental conditions change, the actuator is instantly changing with it.
What is the expected lifespan of your thermal actuators?
Our thermal actuators are built with high-quality materials and undergo rigorous testing to ensure durability and reliability. Depending on usage and environmental factors, the expected lifespan is 50,000 cycles or more.
Do you provide technical support or assistance during the integration process?
Yes, our team of experienced engineers is available to provide technical support and assistance throughout the integration process, including system design, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
What certifications or standards do your thermal actuators comply with?
Keystone has an extensive quality control program based around ISO 9001. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS). It provides a framework and set of principles for organizations to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory standards while enhancing customer satisfaction. The ISO 9001 standard outlines various requirements that organizations need to fulfill to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve their quality management systems.
Keystone product are RoHS compliant.
What is your lead time for orders?
Our lead time for standard orders is typically 8-12 weeks, subject to availability and order volume. For custom or large-scale orders, lead times may vary and will be communicated during the quotation process.
Do you import your raw materials?
